We are seeking friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives . This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people and want to develop valuable communication, customer service, and professional skills.

You’ll interact directly with customers at events, promotional locations, and community activations while representing well-known brands and supporting marketing campaigns.

No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide information about products, services, promotions, and client programs

• Answer customer questions and help identify appropriate solutions

• Create positive and engaging customer experiences

• Represent client brands professionally at events and promotional locations

• Assist with event setup, customer outreach, and promotional activities

• Maintain accurate customer and campaign information when required

• Work closely with team members to accomplish campaign objectives

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities

Qualifications

• No previous experience required

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule
