POSITION SUMMARY
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, commercial performance, customer experience, and continued evolution of Buddha Jewelry’s digital commerce ecosystem.
This role owns the website as a commercial asset, ensuring our Retail and Wholesale eCommerce experiences effectively support business goals, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and continuously improve conversion, merchandising, content, and usability.
The eCommerce Manager will serve as the internal Shopify subject matter expert and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Systems, Operations, and external partners to translate business priorities into effective digital experiences and solutions.
A major initial priority will be leading the commercial and cross-functional execution of Buddha Jewelry’s eCommerce consolidation and ongoing optimization of the unified global experience.
